Women's health

Women's health includes health care, as well as advice and treatment for women-specific issues such as cycle and menstrual problems, pelvic floor problems in everyday life and sport. Topics relating to pregnancy and birth as well as symptoms related to menopause are discussed individually.

Support through pregnancy and postnatal period

The first step is to check whether there is a specific risk for mother or child. If there is no risk, there is nothing wrong with continuing your usual sporting activities. We support women in their training planning. The training is continuously adapted to the changes during pregnancy. Training takes place together in a group. If you have any complaints, individual training will take place with the physiotherapist.

Immediately after birth, the focus is on regeneration and recovery. In addition to pelvic floor physiotherapy, we also offer regression training in a group or individual setting. Individually tailored training can prevent both physical and psychological complaints. It strengthens resilience in everyday life with the baby.

We also support the return to sport-specific training after birth. In particular, training of the pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles will be resumed as quickly as possible. By assessing the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, we support the return to work individually and specifically.

We promote holistic training and encourage women to become more self-effective. Inner strength is strengthened.
